Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia through Australia Post. Regular post will be dispatched from the store in 1-2 business days. Express Post orders will be dispatched same or next business day, depending on the time we receive orders. We will make every effort to dispatch orders received before 3pm same day.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the parcel it will be left in a safe place or delivered to your nearest postal facility. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection within 10 working days. Redelivery of the order will be charged at the customers expense.
Click & Collect orders must be collected within 14 days. If no contact has been made in that time, your purchase will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
We will gladly credit or exchange products in original sale condition with tags, along with presentation of the original sales docket within 28 days. No exchange or refunds given on any sale items, hats or hair accessories. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error or garment fault. Further delivery costs may be incurred on exchange of products.
Online purchases must be refunded through the payment provider (PayPal or Stripe). Products may be returned instore, but the refund will be issued online.
